Putting the Summerschool Drumming Scores on the internet so that students can learn them before coming to Breberg.  Is this a good idea?

Every year, it is a big job to try and bring the piping and drumming groups together to work as an ensemble.  The idea has been suggested that the Drumming Instructors of each drumming group discuss with their respective Piping counterparts the tunes that will be covered.  The communication would need to happen at least 4 month prior to the summer school starting.  This would allow the drumming teachers to contact the relevant piping instructor, write the necessary drum scores and pass them to the BAG or some other suitable publishing location.  All done 3 months before the start of the course, so that participants can practice the scores before coming to the summerschool.

The question is, who will establish the communication?
